Dr. Rackham received her doctorate of Chiropractic in April 2015 from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas, graduating Salutatorian of her class. For 3 years, Dr. Rackham spent time in the sports chiropractic world and gained experience working with some of the best athletes in the world. However, after the birth of her daughter in 2017, the true vision of her practice began to take shape. During her pre-natal care, Dr. Rackham began to develop an interest in the miraculous complexity of the female body which led to the discovery that women today are struggling to overcome health obstacles. A passion for helping women on the journey to wellness emerged, and Retrouvai Wellness was born.
Although Dr. Rackham's skills shine in the area of women's wellness, her passion to serve extends beyond just women. Her expertise applies to anyone looking to address the underlying cause of dysfunction which may have physiological, biochemical, and musculoskeletal components. Dr. Rackham has continued to expand her education post-graduation and is certified in Functional Endocrinology, Functional Thyroid assessment, and assessment of functional blood chemistry from Bridgeport University, making her an expert in the field of hormonal imbalance. She is currently working on additional certifications to provide the highest level of service and care to her patients. Dr. Rackham is also proficient in several highly specialized methods of myofascial release including as Fascial Distortion Model (FDM).
Dr. Rackham is a devoted wife and mother and loves spending time with her family more than anything in the world. When she's not chasing around a tiny human, Dr. Rackham can be found reading for personal and professional development, playing piano, or seeking the company of other empowered women to give and gain even more inspiration.
